Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 Big size Hersey's chocolate bars
  • 1 box Chex Cereal or Rice Crispy Cereal
  • 16 oz buttercream icing or fluffy white icing
  • 1 chocolate drizzle
  • 1 caramel drizzle
  • 1 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/8 tsp of Salt
  • 1 1/8 tsp Baking Soda

Method

  • Preheat over 350
  • Melt butter then mix with sugar, vanilla, brown sugar and salt.
  • Mix well in a small bowl.
  • Place Flour in big bowl with baking soda, eggs, stir it well.
  • Pour the small bowl in the big bowl.
  • Stir
  • Spay a cookie sheet.
  • Place the cookie dough on sheet in shape of lasagna noodle you need from 3-9 at max.
  • Place in oven from 10 to 15 mins
  • Put Hersey's chocolate bars in big pot low temperature let chocolate melt, stir as chocolate melts so chocolate doesn't burn or stick to pot.
  • When chocolate has melted pour cereal into pot to mix the chocolate with the cereal.
  • Stir carefully not to crush the cereal as you combine it with the chocolate.
  • When cereal has combine with chocolate use for lasagna dessert mix.
  • Use 13 by 9 pan, chocolate drizzle at bottom of pan place lasagna shape cookies on top of drizzle, place buttercream icing on top of the lasagna cookie then place caramel drizzle on top of icing, then place warm chocolate Chex cereal on top of icing, flatten the chocolate cereal but don't crush the cereal.
  • Sprinkle the white chocolate on top of the warm chocolate cereal, then make a second and third if possible.
