Ingredients
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3 c. milk
Method
- Put cocoa in medium saucepan.
- Add sugar and flour; mix well dry before heating.
- Then add very warm water and stir.
- Add salt and vanilla.
- Add milk and heat on medium-high.
- Stir contents constantly with spatula to keep from burning.
- When desired thickness is reached, add butter.
- Serve over hot, buttered biscuits.
