Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/2 c. milk
- cooking oil
- sifted powdered sugar
Method
- In a pot, combine sugar, flour and cocoa.
- Stir in milk and margarine. Cook
- and
- stir
- until bubbly.
- Cook
- 1 more minute. Add
- vanilla and cool.
- Combine biscuit mix and milk; mix
- well. Roll
- dough
- 1/2-inch
- thick
- and
- cut 10 (4-inch) circles.
- Place 1 tablespoon filling on each circle; fold over and press
- edges. Heat
- oil
- to
- 375° in frying pan. Fry and brown on both sides. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
