Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. vegetable shortening
- 1 bag of sm. twisted pretzels
Method
- Mix over warm water, not boiling chocolate chips and vegetable shortening; stir till chips heat and turn smooth.
- Remove from heat but keep chocolate over warm water.
- Dip pretzels into chocolate mix and coat proportionately; shake off any excess coating.
- Place pretzels on waxed paper lined cookie sheets.
- Refrigeratein refrigerator till coating sets.
- Serves or possibly store in refrigerator.
- Makes approximately 50 pretzels.
