Ingredients

  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 c. cold milk
  • 3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) thawed Cool Whip
  • 20 chocolate cookies (Oreos), crushed
  • 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips, peanut butter chips or granola bars
  • 1 (6 oz.) chocolate crumb crust

Method

  • Prepare pudding with milk.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • Stir in cookies and either of the chips or granola bars into pudding mixture.
  • Spoon into pie crust.
  • Sprinkle with remaining cookies. Freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight.
  • Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  • Store remaining pie in freezer.
