Ingredients
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
- 1 c. cold milk
- 3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) thawed Cool Whip
- 20 chocolate cookies (Oreos), crushed
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips, peanut butter chips or granola bars
- 1 (6 oz.) chocolate crumb crust
Method
- Prepare pudding with milk.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Stir in cookies and either of the chips or granola bars into pudding mixture.
- Spoon into pie crust.
- Sprinkle with remaining cookies. Freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
- Store remaining pie in freezer.
