Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 sq.) Baker's chocolate
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1/3 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. chocolate decors or colored sugar
- 1/3 c. almonds or pecans
Method
- Melt chocolate in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- Add sugar, 1 egg and milk; beat until smooth. Chill until firm enough to handle, about 30 minutes.
- Shape into 1/2-inch balls, ovals or logs.
- Roll in decorations.
- Makes about 5 dozen.
