Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 sq.) Baker's chocolate
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/3 c. coconut
  • 1/4 c. chocolate decors or colored sugar
  • 1/3 c. almonds or pecans

Method

  • Melt chocolate in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  • Add sugar, 1 egg and milk; beat until smooth. Chill until firm enough to handle, about 30 minutes.
  • Shape into 1/2-inch balls, ovals or logs.
  • Roll in decorations.
  • Makes about 5 dozen.
