Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
  • whole fresh strawberries

Method

  • Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended.
  • Add 1/2 cup chocolate pieces (melted) and 1 egg. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes. Chill.
  • Combine remaining chocolate pieces and butter; melt over low heat until smooth. Cool. Cut washed strawberries in half and arrange on pie. Drizzle chocolate mixture over berries. Chill. Serves 8.
