Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 11/16 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 1/16 cups coconut flour
- 4 tablespoons milk
- salt
- 5 1/2 tablespoons hazelnuts
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Add the egg yolks to a bowl with the sugar until light and foamy. Add the oil, flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- When the batter is smooth and uniform, add the coconut flour, milk, a pinch of salt, and the hazelnuts.
- Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and carefully fold them into the batter.
- Pour the batter into a buttered 24-centimeter cake pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
