Ingredients
- 1 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Beat butter until creamy.
- Gradually add brown sugar, pudding mix and sugar (beating well).
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Combine flour and soda and gradually add to butter mixture, mixing well.
- Stir in chocolate morsels and pecans.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375° for eight to ten minutes.
