Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. cherry jello (sugar free for diabetics)
- 4 oz. whipped topping
- 1-2 T. chocolate extract or 1 c. melted chocolate chips
- 3 pkgs. of splenda or 2 T. sugar
Method
- Prepare jello as directed on package.
- Chill until partially set.
- Stir together all other ingredients.
- Layer jello and chocolate mixture into parfait glasses.
- Chill until firm.
- Has flavor of chocolate covered cherries.
