Ingredients
- 1 jar chipped beef or 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can water
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. butter or oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- One pound hamburger, crumbled, browned and drained can be used.
- Soak chipped beef (broken) in hot water while making gravy.
