Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1/4 c. half and half or milk
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. dried beef, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, snipped
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish

Method

  • In 1 quart casserole, combine green onion, garlic and butter. Microwave at High for 30 to 60 seconds until butter melts.
  • Add cream cheese.
  • Microwave at High 45 to 90 seconds to soften cream cheese.
  • Mix in remaining ingredients, chill overnight.
