Ingredients
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/4 c. half and half or milk
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. dried beef, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, snipped
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
Method
- In 1 quart casserole, combine green onion, garlic and butter. Microwave at High for 30 to 60 seconds until butter melts.
- Add cream cheese.
- Microwave at High 45 to 90 seconds to soften cream cheese.
- Mix in remaining ingredients, chill overnight.
