Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces (about 4 strips) (can also use pork or beef)
- 1/8 c. oil
- broccoli, green peppers, onion, carrots, cut in large chunks
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Method
- After meat is browned, in same skillet add water chestnuts. Add 1/2 small bottle soy sauce or less to cover meat and chestnuts.
- Add vegetables.
- Cover; let steam.
- When tender to desire, add 1 jar sweet and sour sauce and stir.
- Top with 1 package cashews.
- Serve over cooked rice.
