Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces (about 4 strips) (can also use pork or beef)
  • 1/8 c. oil
  • broccoli, green peppers, onion, carrots, cut in large chunks
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained

Method

  • After meat is browned, in same skillet add water chestnuts. Add 1/2 small bottle soy sauce or less to cover meat and chestnuts.
  • Add vegetables.
  • Cover; let steam.
  • When tender to desire, add 1 jar sweet and sour sauce and stir.
  • Top with 1 package cashews.
  • Serve over cooked rice.
