Ingredients
- 2 to 3 medium tenderloins
- 3 Tbsp. sherry
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. crushed anise seed
- 1/2 tsp. crushed fennel seed
Method
- Combine ingredients and marinate tenderloins for 1 to 2 hours, turning occasionally and keeping chilled.
- Broil over a medium bed of charcoal, brushing with marinade before and after turning every 5 minutes, for a total of 25 minutes.
- Slice 1/2-inch thick.
