Ingredients
- 2 lb. round steak
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 green peppers, cut in thin strips
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 4 c. cooked rice
Method
- Cut steak into thin strips; set aside.
- In big bowl, combine soy sauce and bouillon cube, dissolved in small amount hot water, ginger and garlic powder.
