Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ch. steak
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 c. beef bouillon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. corn oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Method

  • Place chopped pieces of steak in a large skillet with 2 tablespoons of corn oil.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder and salt over meat.
  • Turn meat occasionally until well done.
  • Add bell pepper and onion; cook with meat until done (about 3 minutes).
