- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. rice (not Minute Rice)
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 (4 oz) can mushrooms, optional
- 1 can Chinese noodles
Method
- Brown ground beef. Drain.
- Mix mushroom soup and chicken soup with water.
- Combine browned ground beef, soup/water mixture, onion, rice, celery, soy sauce and mushrooms.
- Place in buttered 2-quart baking dish.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle Chinese noodles on top and bake uncovered for an additional 20 to 25 minutes.
