Ingredients
- 1 Cup Parsley
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 1 Cup Cilantro
- 1/2 Cup White onion, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Olive oil
- 2 Tbl Wine vinegar, red or white
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
Method
- Finely chop parsley, cilantro, and garlic (or process in a food processor several pulses). Place in small bowl.
- Stir in olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Adjust seasonings. Let sit 10-15 minutes before serving.
