Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cups Oreo Baking Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Cherry Jelly Powder
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
  • 4 Oreo Cookies, cut in half

Method

  • Mix baking crumbs and butter in 9-inch pie plate; press onto bottom and up side of pie plate.
  • Add boiling water to jelly powder; stir 2 min.
  • until completely dissolved.
  • Stir in pomegranate juice.
  • Refrigerate 30 min.
  • or until slightly thickened.
  • Whisk in 1 cup Cool Whip until well blended.
  • Pour into crust.
  • (Filling will come near top of crust.)
  • Carefully place in freezer.
  • Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  • Top with remaining Cool Whip and cookies just before serving.
