Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 finely minced onion
  • 1 red pepper, finely minced
  • 4 ounces tomato paste
  • 4 ounces tomato sauce
  • 7 ounces tomato soup
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, sliced thin
  • tortilla chips

Method

  • In a large frying pan, brown meat.
  • Drain off excess fat.
  • Add onion and pepper and cook 2 minutes.
  • Then add tomato paste, sauce and soup.
  • Bring to a simmer.
  • Add chili powder and stir well.
  • Add velveeta, and stir until melted.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, or over froot loops.
