Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 whole green peeled chili pepper to taste
- 16 oz. canned tomatoes
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 medium onions, chopped fine
- 1/2 lb. grated Colby or American cheese
Method
- Brown the chopped onions with the meat.
- Add chili pepper, tomato sauce and tomatoes.
- Simmer for 5 minutes and then add the grated cheese.
- Blend until melted.
- Serve immediately.
