Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork spareribs, cut into pieces
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 (17 1/2 ounce) jar enchilada sauce
- 14 cup honey
Method
- RUB spareribs with cumin and cinnamon.
- Arrange in 13"x9" baking dish.
- BAKE at 400F for 30 minute Turn ribs over and bake 15 minute Mix enchilada sauce and honey.
- POUR enchilada sauce mixture over ribs.
- Bake 30 minute or until tender, basting occasionally.
- To serve, stir sauce and spoon over ribs.
