Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- seasoning cup Shirley J Slow Cooker Chicken
- 1/4 cup minced onion
Method
- Mix together all ingredients except for the chicken.
- Then pour in 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Place chicken on top of mixture.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
