Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into serving size pieces
  • 1 large jar chipped beef, cut into small pieces (rinse under running water before using)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream

Method

  • Mix soup and sour cream in bowl; set aside.
  • Place alternate layers of chicken and chipped beef in a 2 1/2-quart baking dish (beginning with chicken).
  • Pour soup-sour cream mixture over chicken and beef.
  • Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 300°.
  • Can be served over rice or noodles or eaten as is!
