Ingredients
- 3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into serving size pieces
- 1 large jar chipped beef, cut into small pieces (rinse under running water before using)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
Method
- Mix soup and sour cream in bowl; set aside.
- Place alternate layers of chicken and chipped beef in a 2 1/2-quart baking dish (beginning with chicken).
- Pour soup-sour cream mixture over chicken and beef.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 300°.
- Can be served over rice or noodles or eaten as is!
