Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) Italian cheese-flavored pizza crust
  • 2 (6-ounce) packages grilled chicken strips (such as Louis Rich), chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup chopped yellow squash (about 1)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 450°.
  • Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread chutney over pizza crust; sprinkle chopped chicken, pepper, and squash over chutney. Top with cilantro and shredded cheese. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Cut into slices.
