Ingredients
- 1 can chopped peaches, drained (save liquid)
- 1/2 c. peach Schnapps
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. (small) vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Combine first 4 ingredients together in a glass container for 24 hours, covered.
- Combine 1 cup of the chopped peaches and 1/3 cup of the liquid from the glass container mixture together with the other ingredients.
- Mix well and place in a greased and floured Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
