Ingredients

  • 1 can chopped peaches, drained (save liquid)
  • 1/2 c. peach Schnapps
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. (small) vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Method

  • Combine first 4 ingredients together in a glass container for 24 hours, covered.
  • Combine 1 cup of the chopped peaches and 1/3 cup of the liquid from the glass container mixture together with the other ingredients.
  • Mix well and place in a greased and floured Bundt pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
