- 1 c. diced ham
- 2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded (as much as you want)
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. water
Method
- Saute onion, celery and butter until clear.
- Add everything but cheeses, spaghetti and cornstarch.
- Cook until boiling.
- Mix cornstarch and water.
- Stir into mixture.
- Cook until thick.
- Mix Parmesan cheese with spaghetti.
- Layer chicken mix, spaghetti and cheese, ending with cheese on top in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Cover. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
