Ingredients

  • 1 c. diced ham
  • 2 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded (as much as you want)
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water

Method

  • Saute onion, celery and butter until clear.
  • Add everything but cheeses, spaghetti and cornstarch.
  • Cook until boiling.
  • Mix cornstarch and water.
  • Stir into mixture.
  • Cook until thick.
  • Mix Parmesan cheese with spaghetti.
  • Layer chicken mix, spaghetti and cheese, ending with cheese on top in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Cover. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
