Ingredients

  • spaghetti or thin vermicelli
  • chicken
  • bell pepper
  • onions
  • celery
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • grated cheese

Method

  • Boil chicken with bell pepper, onions and celery.
  • Debone cooked chicken.
  • Cook spaghetti or vermicelli in chicken broth. Combine chicken broth and spices with spaghetti.
  • Add chicken soup and mushroom soup.
  • Add grated cheese to this.
  • Mix well.
  • Place in baking dish.
  • Add cheese to top of mixture in baking dish. Bake at 350° to 400° for 30 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture is slightly brown.
