Ingredients

  • 2 c. diced soy chicken (canned, save juice)
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms (canned or fresh)
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. chicken broth (water plus 4 tsp. McKay's chicken seasoning)
  • 1/2 c. cream or canned milk
  • 1 tsp. salt or less
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. spaghetti, broken (4 c. cooked)

Method

  • Saute onions and mushrooms in margarine.
  • Stir in flour.
  • Add broth and cream.
  • Add seasonings, chicken and juice.
  • Add cooked spaghetti.
  • Put in a 9 x 9-inch glass dish.
  • Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes, uncovered.
  • Serves 6.
