- 2 c. diced soy chicken (canned, save juice)
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms (canned or fresh)
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. chicken broth (water plus 4 tsp. McKay's chicken seasoning)
- 1/2 c. cream or canned milk
- 1 tsp. salt or less
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. spaghetti, broken (4 c. cooked)
Method
- Saute onions and mushrooms in margarine.
- Stir in flour.
- Add broth and cream.
- Add seasonings, chicken and juice.
- Add cooked spaghetti.
- Put in a 9 x 9-inch glass dish.
- Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes, uncovered.
- Serves 6.
