Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breast
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Method
- Place 4 chicken breasts on bottom of casserole dish.
- Place 8 slices Swiss cheese on top of chicken.
- Add in mushroom soup and water chestnuts.
- Heat 1 stick of butter in a pan and mix 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing.
- Pour over top of casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
