Ingredients
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
Method
- Season chicken (skin removed) with salt and pepper; brown in melted margarine.
- Remove to greased, shallow casserole.
