Ingredients
- 5 hens
- 2 qt. sweet milk
- 6 lb. onions
- 1/2 box Morton salt
- 1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
- 12 cans corn (cream-style)
- 12 lb. Irish potatoes
- 2 sticks butter or oleo
- 1 bottle catsup
Method
- Cook hens tender.
- Cool and cut into small pieces.
- Combine all ingredients, except potatoes, and cook over low fire for 2 or 3 hours.
- Add diced potatoes and continue cooking for another hour.
- Serve hot with saltine crackers.
- Serves 50 people.
