Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 2 c. (about 2 breasts) cooked, boned, chopped chicken
- 3/4 c. onions, sauteed in 1/4 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 7 oz. cooked spaghetti
- 4 oz. grated lite Cheddar cheese
Method
- Combine all ingredients except for spaghetti and cheese together in a large pot and heat over medium heat.
- Add spaghetti, mixing well and pour in a 7 x 11-inch pan.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake at 350° until cheese melts and dish is heated through.
