Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 2 c. (about 2 breasts) cooked, boned, chopped chicken
  • 3/4 c. onions, sauteed in 1/4 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 7 oz. cooked spaghetti
  • 4 oz. grated lite Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except for spaghetti and cheese together in a large pot and heat over medium heat.
  • Add spaghetti, mixing well and pour in a 7 x 11-inch pan.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Bake at 350° until cheese melts and dish is heated through.
