Ingredients

  • 1 fryer or hen
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 onions
  • 1 small bunch green onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. parsley
  • 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • chicken broth from fryer
  • spaghetti noodles, cooked

Method

  • Cook fryer or hen in water.
  • Let cool.
  • In large skillet, melt oleo and brown onions, green onions, peppers, celery and tomato paste.
  • Cook until tomato paste looks brown.
  • Add parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Stir in enough chicken broth to make soupy. Add meat from chicken.
  • Serve over spaghetti noodles.
