- 1 fryer or hen
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 onions
- 1 small bunch green onions
- 2 green peppers
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. parsley
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- chicken broth from fryer
- spaghetti noodles, cooked
Method
- Cook fryer or hen in water.
- Let cool.
- In large skillet, melt oleo and brown onions, green onions, peppers, celery and tomato paste.
- Cook until tomato paste looks brown.
- Add parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir in enough chicken broth to make soupy. Add meat from chicken.
- Serve over spaghetti noodles.
