Ingredients

  • 1 pt. nonfat sour cream
  • 1 can Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can diced mild green chilies
  • 1 pkg. lite flour tortillas
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 to 3 c. chopped cooked chicken breasts

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except tortillas, chicken and 1/3 cup cheese.
  • Pour some sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch or larger pan. In each tortilla, place chicken cubes and sauce.
  • Roll up and put in pan seam side down.
  • When pan is full, pour remaining sauce over top.
  • Sprinkle with 1/3 cup cheese.
  • Cover and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
