Ingredients
- 2 cans boned chicken or 1 fryer, cut and boned
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 3 cans Pet milk
- 1 small can green chilies
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. water
- 8 or 9 tortillas
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese
Method
- Mix soup, milk, chilies, chicken, onion and water.
- Heat thoroughly.
- Cut tortillas in 4 pieces.
- Line casserole pan with tortillas, layer of soup mixture and cheese.
- Continue until all ingredients are used.
- End with cheese on top.
- Heat at 350° until bubbly.
