Ingredients
- 2 qt. greens (escarole, romaine, etc.)
- 2 1/2 c. cut-up, cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 c. drained mandarin oranges
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
- 1/3 c. toasted slivered almonds
- 1/4 tsp. anise seed (optional)
- Italian salad dressing
Method
- Combine bite size pieces of greens with chicken, oranges, celery, olives, almonds and anise seed (optional) in a large bowl. Toss with prepared salad dressing to taste.
- Serves 6.
