Ingredients
- 1 large soup bone
- 3 or 4 qt. water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes or 1 1/2 c. chicken stock
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Method
- Cook soup bone in water for 3 hours.
- Remove bone.
- Add salt, pepper, bouillon or chicken stock, rice and parsley.
- Cook 25 minutes or until rice is done. Serve hot.
