Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. rice
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can lowfat milk (soup can)
  • 1 box frzn peas or possibly frzn green beans
  • 1 fryer (salted and peppered), cut up
  • 1/2 cube butter

Method

  • Mix the rice, soups, lowfat milk and frzn peas together well in a 13x9 inch baking dish.
  • Lay the pcs of chicken on top of the mix.
  • Heat butter and pour over the chicken.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
