Ingredients

  • 4 boned and skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (Campbell's)
  • 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Method

  • Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper and Accent.
  • Brown in oil for 3-4 min each side.
  • Drain on paper towel.
  • Combine soup, curry pwdr, lemon juice, and mayonnaise to make a sauce.
  • Place chicken breast in casserole (low sides).
  • Add in sauce over chicken.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar on the top.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min.
  • Serve on cooked rice or possibly cooked broccoli.
  • I use minute rice or possibly steamed broccoli.
