Ingredients
- 2 cans Campbell's broccoli and cheese soup
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 c. cooked, cut-up vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peas, potatoes)
- 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
- biscuits (make or use canned)
Method
- Combine soup, milk and spices in a 3 quart baking dish. Stir in chicken and vegetables. Bake 15 minutes at 400° until mixture begins to bubble.
