Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork, cut into small pieces
- 1 small chicken (I use breast or thighs)
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. soy sauce (I use light)
- salt and pepper
- 2 c. water
Method
- Mix all ingredients in pan and cook until meat is done. We serve this over rice.
