- chicken legs and thighs
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. lite soy sauce
- dash of pepper
Method
- Layer in a large baking dish: chicken, onion, green pepper, tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
- Then pour in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and spices.
- Bake at 375°, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve over rice.
