Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup grated onions
  • 6 large chicken breasts skinless and boneless
  • 1/4 tsp ground sage
  • 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 lb pork belly
  • 1/4 tsp ground sage
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp arrowroot powder

Method

  • Take the skin off the pork belly, save it for frying later.... or for fishing
  • Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit.
  • Cut the pork belly into bite sized pieces.
  • Add to a pan add sage.
  • Slice the chicken in half if they are thick.
  • Add 1 cup chicken broth, and onion boil for 5 minutes, and add the chicken breast.
  • In a container add the 3/4 cup of chicken broth.
  • Add the sage, garlic, salt, and turmeric, mix well.
  • Bring to a boil covered cooking for 7 minutes.
  • Add the seasoned broth.
  • Add to the oven cook 35-40 minutes.
  • Take out of the oven.
  • Remove the chicken and boil the broth onions and pork belly.
  • Mix the water and arrowroot powder.
  • And add to broth it will thicken, keep stirring constantly.
  • Add chicken back coating the chicken bring back to boil.
  • Remove from heat let sit 5 minutes, serve.
