Ingredients
- 2 c. diced chicken
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 6 oz. cooked noodles
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
- chopped pimento
Method
- Melt cheese in double boiler with soup and milk.
- Put all other ingredients together with cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle top with buttered bread crumbs and slivered almonds.
