Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
  • Garlic pwdr
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan or possibly Romano cheese
  • 1 pound fresh linguine or possibly angel hair

Method

  • Cut chicken into bite size nuggets and saute/fry in garlic pwdr and soy sauce (to taste) till completely cooked.
  • Set aside in a covered pan on low.
  • Next in a medium size sauce pan on medium heat, stir butter and cream till butter is completely melted.
  • Add in Parmesan or possibly Romano cheese and stir frequently.
  • Following directions on package, cook the pasta till done.
  • Drain pasta and place on a large serving platter.
  • Place chicken on top of pasta and pour sauce over everything.
  • Serve immediately.
