Ingredients

  • 1 pound Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 8 ounces, weight Mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 ounces, weight Canned Diced Green Chiles
  • 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Finely Diced

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place shredded chicken in a medium bowl and mix in cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, green chiles and jalapeno.
  • Transfer to a baking dish and bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
