- 1 pound Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 8 ounces, weight Mayonnaise
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 ounces, weight Canned Diced Green Chiles
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Finely Diced
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place shredded chicken in a medium bowl and mix in cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, green chiles and jalapeno.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
