Ingredients
- 2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. celery
- 1 c. butter
- 4 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 4 c. cornbread, crumbled
- 4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
Method
- Saute onions and celery in butter. Add seasoning, cornbread and bread crumbs. Mix well, then add eggs. Add soup and place in casserole dish. Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes.
