- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, chopped
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. paprika
Method
- Cook broccoli slightly in salted water.
- Drain.
- Debone chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
- Put broccoli in buttered casserole.
- Put chicken over broccoli.
