Ingredients

  • 2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 head broccoli, cut and cooked
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Method

  • Combine soup, mayonnaise, curry and lemon juice in a bowl. Layer broccoli pieces and chicken cubes in baking dish.
  • Spread soup mixture on top.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Melt butter in skillet and add bread crumbs.
  • Saute over medium heat until browned.
  • Sprinkle bread crumbs over all.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
